We have been living here now for 6 months and it has been the worst experience I have ever had. They fit the complete mold of slumlords. They never answer the phone so be prepared to take time off of work to actually go into the office and talk to them, for them to tell you its just been so busy all day as you're the only one in the office the entire time as they are sitting down watching movies on the couch. If I could leave a NEGATIVE-5 stars I would. I can't leave a review without marking a star and trust me that's the ONLY reason I did. Surely you people can at least read? When my family and I moved into Creek View Crossing three years ago we moved into a beautiful property with lush, clean grounds and a professional staff. I give it a negative 5 stars. This company is the worst. Dont ever be late, it will go straight to eviction and the only way you can make any sort of payment arrangement is through the court. I lost my job and have had no income since oct 23rd,the salvation army was going to pay january's rent of $999 only if they would make payment arrangements with me for the back pay. This is a follow up review from November again it will not let me give a zero or no stars. This is the worst company ever still have not received any of our deposit back witch we were told we had it coming back. I have even called the president of this company (Gale Duke) with no response or even a call back!! If I could give a zero I would I lived at woodhaven crossing in Sherwood Or go 8 years never late on rent no complaints. Received a no cause for renewal letter from the management at Creekview, so we had to move witch was fine with us but now they are trying to take every bit of our deposit money ($4200.00) they take forever to make repairs no comuncation between office and maintenance. I live at a madrona property in Oregon. I pay my rent on time, never had a late fee, I read my lease before signing and agreeing to the terms, everything looked legitimate and reasonable (because I am renting) I used to be a home owner, but I sold my house and I wanted to be taken care of for a change. The maintenance man is wonderful, always communicating and staying on top of my service requests. By the way..... We are NOT SEATTLE WITH $15 dollars an hour min wage!!! We are $9.47 an hour with most people working multiple jobs already!!!! STAY IN SEATTLE.... AND GET OUT OF OUR TOWN!
What is wrong with this company, I will tell you, they are coming into our town ( Vancouver,WA ) buying some of the only apartments left with reasonable rent for a normal working middle class family. They are only giving them 20 day notices and as I know that is the state min on notice to families that are not doing anything wrong and are being kicked out of their homes.
