Third class service don't know any service procedure broken & dirty seating arrangement. No curticy while talking to customers. Take too long time to serve food mean while your hunger get dead.

We are the latest victims of so called Madras Saravana's Hospitality.. They are worst than any other down graded restaurant in GA.. My recommendation is never visit this hotel again... Pass on this who ever asked for a visit to this restaurant. We do not want anyone to go to this restaurant ...

BEST INDIAN FOOD EVER..... – I've never had Indian quite like this before. The Poori was so flavorful and light that I just wanted to gobble up the bread plane, but the spicy green and white coconut and various curries were too good to ignore. The place was packed but service was great. I love the trays, the simple art, the happy buzz of people and the amazing dishes. It was so hard not to stare at the beautiful concoctions on other people's table. I can't wait to go back for more. Seriously. I loved it all .

Not what it used to be !!! – In the past few years we have been to Sarvana Bhavan on numerous occasions and we liked it every single time. But had not been there in recent months so wanted to try out. For appetizers we ordered Vada/Idli and main course - thali. No rocket science here. Thali is their best selling lunch/dinner platter. Almost 10 mins passed and there was no sign of Vada/Idli. I thought, may be they forgot so went to the manager and asked him whether the Vada is on? Very horrible place. please don't go. The staff does not what is on the menu and what would be ingredients. They have sambar as a soup item over there!!!. When i asked the manager he told us that whatever we have that you eat if you want to otherwise the door is there leave. This is definitely not India and Indian people.

Madras Saravana Bhavan – I think reviewers 1 & 3 are whiners. I noticed Indians bringing in non-Indians as a show piece and the guys charge way too much. But I don't mind eating there occasionally. It is a decent looking place. Compare Sri Krishnal Villas at Global mall, you must be joking. When you walk and walk out of global mall you smell of curry mate. Horrible – This is one of those restaurants where I have a hard time deciding which is worse : the food or the service. And admirably, with each visit I've noticed that they manage to repeatedly surpass themselves in both categories. One of my pet peeves with this restaurant is the refusal to split a check. The reason : they dont have the time. I get this excuse even when I go at 3.30 PM when there are in all about 5 occupied tables. And how do you actually find out that they dont split checks? Great place to eat – we live closer to the North DeKalb area and Atlanta has many excellent Indian restaurants, but Madras is the best. How many things can you do with vegetables?? The preparations and spices, are out of this world. One of my favorite dishes is the Masala Dosai, a crepe filled with potatoes, spices, and other veggies but this time we tried alu jirra,paner tikka was awsum...it's really hard to find indian test in USA but now i think no worries...

Worst service – We took our friend yesterday and drove 30 miles because this used to our best vegetarian place. First of all we are told that they do not have ice (water was warm) we were like that is fine... We ordered our food and stuff. Kids ordered dessert and my daughter who likes vanilla ice-cream wanted that. I asked if we can get one scoop because they serve 3 scoops which is 5 bucks.
