Madison Square Apartments have got to the most poorly managed apartments in Odessa! They're part of 'Simply Better' but all I have received in the past year of living there is a horrible experience. I've been trying for 3 months to get my cable fixed and inform them that we will be leaving when our lease is up, but no one has ever returned my phone calls!!
