We feel very discriminated against here at the Madison Square Apartments. I personally feel targeted. We get threatened with fines for every little thing. I understand that leaving trash outside the door was in the lease but how is it we leave ours outside for 2 day’s max and our neighbor leaves theirs outside for at least a week almost a week and a half and they don’t get threatened with these fines. I was looking for a place for my daughter but NOT with the bad reviews I see concerning this property and it's management all over the local FB pages and local online forums. Not a good look.
High staff and management turnover. Unreasonably priced. Not enough maintenance staff. Unprofessional. Maintenance not handled in a timely manner. Safety issues. Property is not well kept. No updating. Disorganized.
I currently live here. This place will cheat you like no other. A lady just moved in and basically pays 300-400 dollars cheaper than I do and neither of us qualified for “income based” rent. I have had rats in the 2 years that I’ve been here. This place is garbage. If you want to pay a mortgage on an apartment this is the place for you.

TERRIBLE!!! Save yourself and go somewhere else. Brittney in the office is the rudest person I have ever met. Rent continued to climb, they didnt give me correct paperwork for leaving, not willing to work with anyone, and I lived with a leaky ceiling for months because they didnt care to come fix it. Look elsewhere!!!
