Two words----Just Amazing! – I've visited Madison Spa on 2 occasions for a birthday celebration and for a personal pampering day. I've also purchased gift certificates for a friend. Every experience with this spa has been really positive. The Ultimate Relaxation package was over the top! Best chocolate wrap ever!!!!!! – Okay i just came back from this spa and the chocolate wrap was amazinggggg! Here's the deal when you walk in the place is really old looking and dosen't really look like a spa. I think the beds are old and the carpet isn't that pleasant but once you get the chocolate body wrap everything is forgotton. They make the chocolate thing they rub on themselves then they wrap you up in you for 40 minutes. Then i took a shower and went into the sauna. great massage and great beauty treatment – I was visiting New York last week and a friend of mine took me to this spa. I LOVED IT. My massage was great. My beauty treatment was also very very good. My face feels cleaner and my skin looks better. I wish they had an affiliation in Rome! Next time I?m in New York I will go back for sure!
Came to the Madison-Spa for a package I?ve seen advertised on city search. My first impression was that the staff was very friendly. I bought Oxygen Facial ? this treatment made me look and feel much better and I have even received compliments from y colleagues at work on the clarity of my skin. I Loved every moment of it! I came in to Madison-Spa for I adore you package. As part of it I have received a hot stone massage and a facial. Massage was very relaxing and made me forget my daily routine. Facial was simply amazing! Thanks! Im a new person now and simply hooked to having facials from now on.
Terrible experience – Contrary to every other review I had a terrible experience. Worst massage that I have ever had. I had to shower 3 times just to get all the oil off. Typically, I picture a spa as a clean, comfortable and refined atmosphere. This was not the case here. There are much better places at a comparable price in NYC.
Great Customer Service and Relaxing – I took a friend of mine to celebrate his birthday. I purchased the "I adore you" couple package. The therapists catered to us, constantly served us chocalate, wine, and tea in a private room right in between their offered services. It was more like an intermission.
