great spa – I took my mom to this spa for mothers day, and I really wasnt sure what to expect. When we first walked in we were kind of unsure of how it would be, but the women were really nice. We were brought into a room and given hot tea which was very good. We then went to changing rooms and my only complaint is that they don't have any lockers to lock up your belongings. After a LONG Weekend of Shopping- THIS Is The Place to GO! – My friends and I wanted a spa day on our last day of shopping in the city. We were able to choose 4 services, normally a $600 package at some places. We booked the package for $200. The hot stone massage was good, but the facial and reflexology combo was incredible! It was like angels dancing on my skin while having 15 miles of city walking drained out of my feet and legs.... at the same time!! Great experience! – I went to this spa while on a girls' weekend in New York. It was fabulous! The cost was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first. The building and decor weren't the best but I quickly got over that. Everything was perfect, from start to finish and I loved every minute of my spa day! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an incredible experience without spending an incredible amount of money!

I loved the atmosphere at this spa. Friendly staff, excellent service and great value! My first impression is that the owner takes pride in her work. She seems to be willing to go out of her way to ensure that I left satisfied with the service. My overall experience was a positive one. Casual Spa - If You Like To Feel At Home – I went to Madison Spa after work - the good news is that they can take you on the same day. My first impression upon walking in was "grandmother's apartment" - it was a bit stuffy and worn and I didn't expect the best. The facial room was like a dentists office. Best Facial Ever! – Hi, Just wanted to share my experience at Madison-spa. I came in for the first time for facial by recommendation provided to me by friend who is a regular customer. This was the best facial I have ever had! Oh My God!!!! My skin have never looked better! The whole experience was a present one. Great service. Great treatment. Will be back again for sure! Great Facials!! – I was very weary about this place b/c I have had bad beauty experiences in NYC, but the woman there, Irina, was AMAZING! She is Italian, so a lot of the products and methods she used were different than what I was used to.. but turns out Italy must be more advance that the United States b/c the facial cleared my skin up in 2 days! Great experience!

My first facial – I’m a regular to this spa and normally go for a hot stone massage. It’s the best you get in the city. I have tried many different places, but this one is clearly the best. My experience is nothing but positive here. Have not had an average treatment yet. They are clearly customer focused and they always try to make sure that I feel comfortable and enjoy my treatment. Decent service – I went in for a hot stone massage and was slightly disappointed. The proper way of giving a hot stone massage is to first rub down and loosen up the body(which she did) then use the stones to rub down the area you are working on (i.e back, neck etc) then you PLACE the stone on to the proper points to allow the full affects of the stone to take place.
