I have been a customer for quite a while. I know it’s a hit or miss based on the stylist that you get. My last straw was my last visit as I left the salon with my hair wet, as usual. When I dried it at home my grays had zero coverage and I was going on vacation the next day. After one and half hours I expected some sort of coverage. The stylist put me for 35 minutes and I asked to add another 10 and still no gray coverage.
I had an amazing experience! Tess did an incredible job with my color and highlights, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and my hair turned out even better than I imagined. The salon is beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone on the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Tess and the entire Madison Reed team!
The color is perfect and Diane was wonderful!
