We have been here since it was built. They have kept every promise made. Problems are handled in a timely fashion. Maintenance is awesome. Edie is polite and prompt. In the winter especially he helps make being a "senior citizen" easier. Office personnel, Mark & Deven are pleasant and helpful. Buildings and grounds are well maintained during all seasons. Madison Place is an amazing community in Shrewsbury. The staff members are incredible and always goes extra mile to make you feel at home. I have been staying in this apartment for more than 4 years and this place has everything one would need. Beautiful interior, efficient appliances and quite atmosphere makes a perfect home. Apartments and landscaping are always very well maintained and staffs are responsive . I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
This is in my opinion the best place in town. The staff are higly professional and friendly. Cant be any better. Just loving it.
Madison Place is an amazing community in Shrewsbury. The staff members are incredible at making you feel at home. Extremely friendly and helpful from top to bottom! Apartments and landscaping are always very well maintained. The location of the apartments is very convenient for day to day shopping but it’s not right on the busy main road, which offers the privacy needed. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Great apartments! All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Mark always goes the extra mile to make everyone living here feel at home! The appliances are beautiful and utilities are efficient so our heat/electric bills are always reasonable. Not only do the apartments look beautiful from the outside, the inside is equally as gorgeous.
We were one of the first occupants of their units. Nice apartment. No elevator; you have to use staircase for first and second floor. Kids don't have many options other than parking area to play. School bus will not come to the property; kids will have to wait on Route 9 for school buses. Very good response on maintenance request and you better make request on any wear and tear you see.
