I dropped off a ring today which belonged to my mom before she passed. They offered to repair it for free being I had it sized there 2 years prior. The customer service is amazing but better than that is the way they understand how important the ring is to me. I would HIGHLY recommend this family business.

I dropped off my wedding rings to be resized this past week and they aren't ready for pick up yet but I know they will be perfect. I took an old set in to be sizes a couple years ago and they did a wonderful job. I had that set replaced by my current set because of a botched job done by Zales. I know I do t have to worry about my rings because they are in great hands! Definitely the best in the area hands down! I'm not going anywhere else for my jewelry needs!

Customer Service was PHENOMENAL! Had some old gold trinkets I was going to get rid of but decided to take them to Madision Jewelers (BBB certified) to see what they were worth. Ended up getting nearly 20X's what I thought I would. AWESOME!
