Crisis has hit my family pretty hard. As an act of desperation I went to see Phil (who was highly recommended to me as being honest) to sell 2 items. Not only was Phil more then honest & fair, he was empathetic to my situation & gave me top dollar, which I am so thankful for. He did not rush me along. He took the time to talk to me & offered kindness, understanding & words of comfort.
