One of the areas best and locally owned jewelry stores. Phil and his staff are absolutely amazing, honest & hepful. They carry top notch products! Support your loca business and get a better product & knowledge then your chain stores offer! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. Only place I would go in the 757

We didn't buy my ring from here but these people are amazing. The entire center mount broke off of my ring (i was a mess) we paid $295 for an appraisal and it to be fixed. Unfortunately it started to break again (due to the design of the ring) we now live in NC and we visit often. When we went up we brought my ring in. The fixed it no problem and sent it down to NC at no cost to us. If you are in Virginia, I highly suggest Madison Jewelers. They know how to run an amazing business and how tontake care of their customers.

My husband had three family diamonds and Madison put together the perfect engagement ring with them. We then purchased both of our wedding bands with Madison. Easy to work with, they are professionals who really know their stuff. There is also a dog to pet while you wait! Heaven :) We love our rings and love what Madison does for the community and their support for the Kempsville HS Business and Entrepreneur Academy. Keep up the great work.

Again, after further research we figured out why you're not in our system. The day you came in we did the repair right there on the spot & did so at no charge, therefore since you weren't charged, you were never put into the system . :) Which isn't unusual for us.
