Brought my very young son here for foot surgery and the staff really helped make it a positive experience. They were professional and so kind. The office is really clean overall I had no issues. Thank you.
I had foot surgery with this facility and it was the best experience possible! Everyone was SO nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from intake, to nurses, to all the Doctors! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing an outpatient surgery!
I had a very excellent experience at this place!!!.Kathy my recovery nurse was awesome as well as the rest of the staff ,I have been to many facilities but this one is the best ever!!!. I need to geve a very special kudos to the anesthesia team they were like no team I have ever met!!the kindest most compassionate. I purposely went to Syracuse which is an hour away from me to get surgery since I had such a horrible experience with Apex Surgery Center in Westmoreland, NY. I’ve always had issues with the iv. The nurse at the Madison Irving Center named Debbie J. is the one who cared for me. Debbie took the time to find a good vein rather than poking me several times like a pin cushion at Apex. My nine year old brother had an appointment with his dentist. I was not allowed to be inside with him through the procedure. After couple hours, he was crying to me, stating that the doctor cussed at him and also said he’s a pain in the a**. I heard him screaming but I was not allowed. He also stated that he gave him unnecessary anesthesia which numb his left side of the face! I will be looking out for the doctor who was assigned for this appointment. And I will be taking this matter to the next level!
