Staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable.
My first visit. As enjoyable as a dental appointment can be. State of the art equipment. Made sure to explain everything thoroughly.
I had talked to Kayla the receptionist several times prior to my appointment. I had to reschedule a couple times and she was always nice and pleasant to talk with and did not make me feel bad at all My hygienist, Valerie was awsome. she treated me like a queen. I felt like I have known her forever. Dr. Paul McIntosh was awsome. I was worried and embarrassed because I have not been to dentist in several years and I have alot of dental issues. Always easy and thorough.
Overall, the staff is professional and the Dr. seems knowledgeable. Those whose teeth are in less than perfect condition may leave somewhat dejected. There are many cubicle patient rooms inside the treatment area without much character to them. Granted, this is not the most important aspect of a dental visit, so I plan to visit again.
As usual, for over 10 years, Valerie and Dr. Emily did a great job. Thanks.
Cleaning was fast with no wait. Walked right in and waited 30 sec for cleaning to start. Love that they took picture of cavities to let me decide of wanted work done.
