The staff was very friendly and did not give a hard time about not going to a dentist for several years. Instead of just telling you what they was going to do everything was explained and discussed with you. I will definitely keep going back and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Emily and her staff are outstanding. Always enjoy being welcomed with a smile. In today's world where the medical profession is under immense pressure to turnover patients like a manufacturing line, it's nice to have someone like Emily where she actually takes the time to get to know you and share in some conversation. Great office. Great staff. Great service. The best possible.
Staff was super friendly, as always. I went in for a filling, and it only took 20 minutes! Dr. Emily was very gentle, and explained the whole process to me as it was happening. Much better than seeing a big scary tool go into your mouth and not knowing what it's for! My dental hygienist (I didn't catch her name) was also very sweet and funny. I had to have molds made and she was like "Sorry, I know how much this sucks." and told me stories about when she was in school, an excellent distraction. The molds only took one try! T... read more

Visiting a Dentist has classically not been a pleasant activity, however, visiting your office is always a pleasure. The whole dental team is very cordial and friendly. I went into the office yesterday with a bad toothache and left with a plan on how to address a difficult dental problem. I highly recommend Madison Family Dentistry to all. Sincerely, David Fagerman
I have been going to Dr Paul & Dr Emily Mcintosh and they have been taking great care of me now since early 2000. They are very kind, sweet, gentle, caring and professional people whom are extremely good at what they do, as are every staff member in their place of work. As long as I live in Alabama, I will go to no one else.
