All visits have been professional, customer service oriented, and pleasant. I like the fact that Dr. Paul is willing to take the time to discuss procedures and thoughts about treatment plans and execution of those plans. Dr. Paul always talks to me by moving in front of me, not standing or sitting behind me to speak to me. This makes it easier on the neck when trying to look at him to discuss treatment. I went to Madison Family Dentistry for the first time and was greeted with hospitality and smiles! From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd be taken care of. I was thankful for all the gentleness and consideration shown to me during my visit. The best dentist in town!
