I have brought both of my dogs to check ups. Dr. John is simply amazing. He is kind, and extremely gentle with dogs. Even when they don’t have the same feeling back. He really had a lasting impression on me when he helped me get my Bella across the Rainbow Bridge today. His entire staff were gentle with her, and made sure her care was excellent. I can’t thank Madison Animal Hospital enough for helping me with this. This vet is 10/10 any day of the week.
They got me in right away on a Saturday, the staff was extremely nice & I didn't feel rushed. The Dr. gave me the option of putting my cat on antibiotics for 7 days or bloodwork. I went with the first option since I do have a regular vet that was unfortunately unavailable. My cat is now eating & drinking after three days of antibiotics. If I didn't already have a vet I love, I would definitely continue to take my fur-babies here.
So Blessed to of found a true Vet that cares about his patients. Dr Samuelson Is Awesome...Thank you forbtaking such wonderful care of Little. And I plan to spread the word!!!
Dr. Starkel was amazing with our Cat Gary. She gave us a lot of information on his diagnosis of Stomatitis. She was very caring and loving with us and Gary. Highly recommend this hospital. All of the other staff we interacted with were kind and helpful as well! They have awesome payment plans and different options for you to pay if you are worried about money and they do not force you to do unnecessary things. Thanks guys! P.s. Gary is already eating better and we havent even been home an hour!

Clean...Friendly...Caring Staff...Took my dog Frankie in right away after pit bull attacked her! I was shaking so bad ! They took good care of her helped us with payments! Couldn’t be happier at such a difficult time! Frankie liked them too...And is doing better today! Plus they’re open on Sundays!💜
