I had an emergency with my oldest cat due to a open wound on her actual tail bone area. Everybody in there was very sympathetic with me they were very professional and they listen to what I had to say. They thoroughly explain to me what I need to do next and I would recommend them again
The staff is always extremely friendly! I believe I was working with Rachel during our visit Saturday. She did an amazing job explaining and updating me during Bella's (my chihuahua) visit. We were there for a consult with Dr. Samuelson. Dr. Samuelson came out to my car with a skeletal patella to show me exactly what Bella is going through and explained the Medial Patellar Luxation (MPL) Surgery she needs.
