We LOVE Madison Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Samuelson. We refer you all alllll the time. Fletcher might not still be here if Dr. Samuelson hadn’t been able to troubleshoot whatever his liver issue was last year. Also the professionalism of care with the follow up emails, calls or texts and confirming appointments etc... it’s just another step in courtesy that is so appreciated. The red headed young lady that took me to waiting area was very polite. Dr. Kearney was very kind and knowledgeable with informing me of my dogs condition.
Caring staff, great prices & payment plans! And lifetime vaccine plan !
Best vet ever!!! You all were able to squeeze my dog in between customers when he injured his paw. You took great care of Pluto and me because I was a nervous wreck. You have a way of talking to me calmly and reassuringly. You helped my Pluto bear feel better and helped with the financial side no questions asked. Not only did you do all that but Dr. Thompson called the next day to see how he was! You truly are my dog hero’s. Pluto and I Thank you 🙏.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kearney and the entire staff. We went in with our 12 1/2 year old corgi today for a “quality of life” exam, prepared for the worst, tearful at the thought that today might have been our beautiful Lucy’s last day. Dr. Kearney examined her, explained all of our options, and was so empathetic as we grappled with what to do. My puppy's nails were very long because the last time I trimmed them he hollered thru the whole thing. Your staff are amazing you were able to trim his nails to normal length with out even using a sedative. Mudflap is so much happier and I'm not stressing about them either.
I love this place. They are very accommodating and helpful. Dr. Kearny is the best. During this crazy time of social distancing the staff are still as amazing as ever!
Love you guys! Called the day before and you are always so accommodating. During this pandemic, I didn't even have to get out of my car! Thank you for taking care of my Woodrow's nails.
