I love Madison. They are attentive, the doctor very kind (even playing on the floor with my pup to make her feel more comfortable), and the extra touches like follow up phone calls and little certificates after procedures and wonderful. They are reasonably priced and do not push things on you you do not need for your dog.
I have been here many times now with my own babies, and some puppies I had found. They are extremely caring here, and are really out to help you. They don't push meds on you, and all the staff are very knowledgeable. My dog tore his dewclaw today and they squeezed me in even though they were SWAMPED. Ever since May 9 of 2016, it has been only a pleasure working with all the doctors and staff at this facility! My Puddun has received nothing but the best care, and her surgery + followup was stellar!!. My hat's off to this great hospital!!

Both Dr. Starkel and Dr. Samuelson are wonderful. They were thoughtful and caring with our Yorkie Chango. Unfortunately we had to send him over the "rainbow bridge."
We have taken 2 of our dogs in to see Dr. Starkel. We will be returning whenever we need a vet. She is an amazing vet. Staff is great too!! All procedures are completely explained. Our concerns over Banjo's surgery were quickly put to ease with a full explanation. On pickup Dr. Starkel went over the surgery and said any questions or issues come right in. What a spectacular vet!!!
