I recently began taking my cat to Madison Animal Hospital and couldn't be more pleased with their level of care! We were previously seeing another local vet that couldn't find any time in their day to see my sick cat. I called MAH and despite having never even seen my cat in the past, they got me an appt that night. Dr Anderson was extremely kind and gentle and took his time to answer all my questions. All three of our dogs have been going here with Rocky, the oldest for 15 years. Unfortunately today our Beagle, Basil had to go to sleep due to complications from a bladder tumor that he has been fighting for 15 months. He has seen almost every doctor here through his 10 1/2 years and today was very tough for us. He responded well to the techs and the doctor and I thank them for explaining everything and for making this experience a smooth one. He is no longer in distress and we will miss him.
My original post didn't seem to come up. From the UK, where we have never electively declawed cats, thank you for not declawing.
5 stars well deserved for a clinic where cats will not be mutilated by being declawed (The International Coalition Against Declawing)
They were booked solid but when I called about my sick pup, Kylo, they really made sure they could find time for me all while on lunch from work. I couldn't be more thankful for the service they gave and the peace of mind I have. They offer great wellness plans that I am certain to be signing up for. All and all I couldn't be happier I found this place!
