Brought bunny that wasn’t eating or pooping and they told us she looked perfectly healthy from physical exam.. Doc suggested our bunny was pooping somewhere we didn’t see.. next step was sedate and X-ray if we wanted to continue... we didn’t know any better, we should’ve had her Evaluated further no other option..

I took my lizard here due to a big bump that grew on his face. I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Anderson within 72 hours to get him checked out. This was my first visit him so I was nervous but pleasantly surprised! He sent out a biopsy of his mass for testing and then antibiotics! Painless and still under what I was expecting to pay! Would totally recommend for all reptile needs 💙
They always take such great care of my peach and always get me in right away. I’ve probably seen about 3-4 different doctors but all of them were great and very knowledgeable. Most times I go in it’s usually a not planned visit but they work within my budget and are very understanding. It’s also so convenient to be right by my house.
I am very Impressed with this practice. I wasn’t even a current customer but they fitted me in even though it was late on a Friday afternoon and they had no appointments available when they heard of the concern for my dog. My current vets said to me, sorry, can’t see you till Tuesday! I will moving all 4 of my pets from my current hospital to Madison Animal Hospital. We saw Dr Stark who is patient, caring and a wonderful doctor. 5 stars!
I needed an emergency appointment for my exotic pet. After many phone calls, it was Madison Animal Hospital that was able to help me. The care and knowledge from Dr Anderson was excellent. The staff was so kind. My pet is well now thanks to them. I would highly recommend Madison Animal Hospital.

Every employee - Front desk, Grooming, Technicians, Vets (hope I haven't left anyone out) are excellent - friendly, easy to talk to and for answering questions, their love for all their patients is always so evident. Their Care Club helps keep costs in check, and there's never a question about what is going on. They are great at sending reminders for shots etc. We really feel we can trust them with our little Baxter's life.
Dr Anderson was so wonderful and caring, both towards my dog and me. I came in with great concern for my dog and he was not only incredibly thorough and knowledgable but was also easy to talk to and helpful. I could not recommend him and the practice more highly.
