Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
