If I could give them no stars I would. By far the worst dealership ever. I had a great experience when I purchased my vehicle. When it came down to needing work due to my transmission going out and it still being covered under the manufacturer warranty, they were terrible. No communication, they know nothing about warranties and what is covered. They tried to make me pay out of pocket. I purchased a used vehicle here, all in all I had a great experience, I was straight forward and honest with them on my offer and expectations, and they were transparent and honest on their end, and they got me exactly what I needed- no hassle. I was there for 6 hours to lease my car. The sales manager didn't know about all the rebates and sales going offered by GM. For example the March Maddness the Costco Membership. There was a lot of back and forth with GM to get those rebates added on. and waiting. Lots of waiting. And after getting out finance department. The sales man and or the manager didn't get the 110volt charger for my car. And I live an hour away. And because the parts department was closed they couldn't get it Sunday. I initially was pleased with my experience here, but within a week it all started to fall apart. I purchased a truck in mid November, and they have now had the truck in their possession for half of that time. I brought in my car for a potential trade in and was told that the transmission was going bad and they wouldn't take it as a trade, so I ended up buying a truck that I liked, that ended up having not only a bad transmission, but a bad transfer case.
