It was a good option for me. I love that furniture or other amenities were included. Maintenance is typically quick to respond to any issues and the staff is friendly. The natural lighting is disappointing and the view from many apartments are just other windows, but you can choose better rooms if it's that big of a problem. The rent is steep, but being this close to campus in a good looking environment made it worth it for my final year at UNH.
Architectural design of apartments were poorly designed; only window to outside other than bedroom windows was in kitchen and apartment got no natural daylight. Wifi was in and out every other day. Construction outside in the early AM, and garbage truck came before 7 AM on some days, both disturb everyone's sleep. Not able to control AC and heat at same time, only one was available rather than both throughout the year.
Great apartments with a good environment! Only downside was no windows in living room
