So mad I ever gave this company a penny. Had an absolutely awful experience living here. Also would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Spent 9 hours cleaning our place so it was spotless and the security deposit letter stated it was "Uncleaned and in generally very poor condition" and required heavy trash removal. We left nothing but one single roll of paper towels. They are scumbags for charging people these unnecessary charges just for their own personal gain. Place is an absolute joke - think about putting your tenants ahead of yourself for once and clean up your act. Did you pay these people to give you a 5 star rating? If you plan on living in the South building second floor, I'd recommend you change it because the gym will be right below you next semester waking you up bright and early. Zero natural ventilation and lighting made it like a prison cell... figure it out Madbury Commons
