RecommendedLooking for someone to fill my room!! My experience at Madbury Commons was great. I had a room to myself, a bathroom I shared with only one other friend, all updated furniture and not to mention the washer/dryer we had in the room. Unfortunately I had to transfer schools because UNH did not offer the major I was interested in. So that being said, my room is free for any one person looking to rent! they charge so much money for rent when the apartment isn’t even that nice, maintenance will just walk into your apartment whenever they want with no warning, and the elevator’s inspection expired in august. it’s not worth it
the staff continues to disrespect me and my safety as a tenant. they are disorganized and poorly run. the overall layout and design for the entire building is absolutely dumb and ridiculous. there are practically no windows. terribly small spaces that are incredibly over priced. no parking. everything is extremely low quality that seems to be finished over to give the appearance of quality. there is little to no wifi. the washing machines have ruined my clothes. the dishwasher has ruined my dishes. and living here alone over... read more
Alex and Spencer were great and helped me when locked out of my room. Really fast response!!
I love the location of the apartments, very convenient and close to downtown. The people that work in the leasing office are very nice, especially Spenser. He is very helpful and friendly whenever I go into the office. Go to him if you ever have any problems with your lease or need help filling your apartment! There have been a few maintenance issues with our room but they get fixed quickly.
The marketing manager is super helpful and helped us find our apartment for this year and next. We told him about a few maintenance problems we had and they were immediately fixed within the next couple of days. He was super nice and very understanding!
