They cost $80 to dry clean you suit and then I called to confirm to say that it was going to be delivered and it never was!!! When you pay this much for a suit to be dry cleaned you expect the dry cleaning to be done on time, especially when you confirm the day of!! Never use them again!

The best in NYC! My family has been using them for years.
If I could give them less than a star I would. I went in for my second bridal appointment which was a month after the first. And they had us wait a half hour before telling us they had no record of our appointment. Even though we called the day before. And found out they had done nothing to my dress. With a month away from the wedding I have to scramble to find another tailor because of them!
Though my wedding dress process has not officially begun, my experience with The Madame Paulette Organization has been nothing short of extroidinary! They have been generous with their time, friendly, welcoming and authentic to say the least. Such a pleasant experience, thank you!
