Madame Paulette is a remarkable cleaner of fine garments. I have a very expensive pair of pants that had a stain caused by the surface coating on a tablet of chewing gum. I had sent the garment to several dry cleaners without success. I had abandoned the idea of wearing the pants but saved them in the event that there was some miracle product that could remove the stain. I had of Madame Paulette and decided to try one final time. To my surprise, the pants were returned without the stain. I highly recommend Madame Paulette.
Brought in my tuxedo, and they restored it to perfection! Looks better than it did when I bought it! Definitely will be back again and again!
I've been using MP tailoring service for a few years and my garments always come back perfect and better than expected. This is the most expensive tailor in NYC so be prepared to be sticker shocked but the workmanship shows in the final product. I've had bridesmaids dresses rushed with no hesitation from the staff, designer gowns reconstructed and re-lined, and I'm always given an alternative solution if MP was unable to do the job.
