You simply must go to Madame Paulette and work with Samantha Files. Samantha's customer service was exceptional. Actually, the best customer service I have ever received (alongside my Wedding Planner). She is AMAZING. I had an outdoor wedding, and the bustle broke on my wedding dress. Needless to say my Carolina Herrera gown was in rough shape with dirt all over it. Madame Paulette saved my dress. Not only did they save it, they made it like new again.
