Far and away the worst customer service I have received at any business (not just a drycleaner.) The fees are exorbitant, which I was willing to pay for a special dress and what I thought was exceptional quality work and service. WRONG!!! The dress was not ready when promised (early January) and they offered to ship it to me. Again, it didn't arrive when promised.
