Poor experience overall. First I bought my bike last year and when I picked it up they just brought it out and said here ya go. I have bought bikes in the past and they usually do some sort of walk through and set up the bike for your height and weight but this was not offered. After having 2 foot surgeries in 12 months I hardly was able to use the bike but when I finally did the rear hub was making a grinding noise so I took it to them to assess what was wrong. No pressure sales approach. Good team work. The Mechanic and Sales guy both helped me answer questions. Also after buying my bike they had my bike ready in less than one hour.

We just bought two Trek mtn bikes and it was easy and simple to buy online and text a sales person. Picked my bike up same day from the shop and feel pretty excited to start crushing trails!
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Mad Dog Cycles. I had an emergency repair job as I was loaning my mt bike to family the next day for their vacation and my husband was recuperating from a concussion. With no way to fix it I quickly took it to Mad Dog and the bike was fixed by the end of the day. Everyone who spoke to me and helped me were very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and fair. I will definitely be back. 5 stars ⭐️ For sure
