This was my first time going to Mac's tire service. I thought that that I had a nail in my tire. Instead, they told me that all I needed was some stuff to put on the rim. I was so thankful. The people were very courteous and friendly. In the future, in case I need tire service, I will be going there.
Mac's provides a much-needed service to the District. They helped me out of a jam at 4:45am. They turned a stressful situation into a success. Well located near downtown and just off 395. Highly recommend!

They were so awesome to deal with! Hit a pot hole on Saturday and they put a used tire on my car and ordered me a new one which came in early Monday. They were very helpful working through the warranty process. And even fully refunded me the cost of the used (loaner tire). All of the staff were super friendly and courteous! You’re in and out in no time! Will continue to give them my service and recommend them!!
I don’t recommend this tire shop for anyone. The prices are higher than others in the area and manager is very rude

Worst tire experience ever. Manager was disrespectful and dismissive instead of fixing their mistake. Dismissive to the African Americans but polite af to the “others”.
