I've bought my last four Macs from Ray, he is a sweetheart.
I took my mbp 15" for water damage, Ray runned free diagnostics and called me the following day Ray for estimate. Warranty on repair is very reasonable and even offered to give me full credit towards purchase after warranty runs out if my mbp acts up. For me, it's just prove that they know what they're doing for them to offer that. When I took my laptop to Ray, it won't even turn on. Now, I have a working mbp! Thank you macproLa and Ray for saving my laptop!
My mid-2010 27 inch iMac was increasingly getting a black screen needed to be rebooted up to 10 times before working - until the next incident. I spoke with Ray who sent an excellent technician to my home the very same day and after some analysis concluded that rather than needing a new hard drive, as I had thought, it needed to have the video card replaced.
