Apartment was nice and clean. Maintenance and Management are nice and easy to work with.
This was an adequate place to live and I'm sure not the worst in the city, but given its persistent problems, it is not at all worth what they are asking you to pay in rent. I've lost track of the number of individual roaches I've spotted in my unit, but it's definitely greater than five now. The units I toured were not the same unit that I was ultimately offered, which had a busted front door and a bathroom door that wouldn't close.
