I don’t know what property you live in but I can honestly say my maintenance guy is there the same day I’ve been a tenant for almost 20 years and I never experienced that however I can agree with rudeness sometimes but not all the time we’ve never had maintenance go unattended unless our guy was on vacay but if it was something serious they sent someone else out

Do not hire.
Avoid at ALL costs . Horrible management! Hire anybody to work. One maintenance guy for all the buildings whos nodding off whenever he does show up. nothing gets fixed ! Ceilings leaking, black mold, electric issues appliance issues . Never return calls must contact the city before the BARE minimum gets done. Going on day five can't use electric because of a roof leak and still have not sent anyone . Worst management!!! Save yourself the headache
Great and responsible landlord, anything that needs fixing they are on it the same day or next day, unlike other landlord they take weeks or months to fix or fumigate.
