Dr. Mac is a wonderful doctor, she has been my primary care provider for 17 years. Her staff are kind and very professional. Her office is very clean and Dr. Mac has been available to me when needed she now is my son's Primary care provider. Working in Health Care I know how difficult it can be finding a person that cares her office is top notch.
The worst with zero care and follow-up
Dr. Mac gets it right time and again, while the “specialists” do not… she has saved me from knife happy surgeons and bad physical therapists several times… the fix is not usually easy as it requires hard work from me…I am willing to do it, well, sometimes….she will guide you to the right treatment plan, but you have to listen. We are a stiff necked people!I’ve read all the reviews and the one review that said her office is unclean is slander…absolutely not true! I have seen Dr Mac for many years now. Yes she takes her time to see you but she is so knowledgeable that it makes up for it
Dr. MacKenzie is excellent. When scheduling, plan to be there for awhile. She likes to get to know her patients and will ask lots of questions. She does not rush any appointment and she will remember you each time you visit. I have been seeing Dr. Mackenzie for ~20 years and I highly recommend her.

Annual Physical, quarterly blood test review
One of a Kind Doctor. I feel lucky to be her patient
Saw Dr Mackenzie for the first time two months ago. I recently moved to the Triangle and woke up feeling terrible with a sore throat. I called the office and was able to get in the same day. Went back this week for my physical and I have my test results back already. She and staff went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It was nice to get that personalized attention you may not get at the larger groups.
