The staff at the museum was very welcoming and couldn't have treated us any better. Well worth the trip and would highly recommend anyone that has a passion for Mack Trucks that this is a must see.
This place is awesome! If you're interested in MACK history, you will not be disappointed! The people that run the place will help you in any way they can. If they don't know the answer,they will look it up for you (reasonable request). Requests for in-depth info on a certain truck,will take longer. But it will be well worth it! They have helped me several times,and each time I make an equally generous donation back to the museum. It's a win-win in my book!
The MACK TRUCKS HISTORICAL MUSEUM is the venue to go to to educate yourself on the history of this grand MARQUE ,as well as to peer into the makings of the various MACK manufactured components, and to peer into the future of trucking with a hands on inspection of the very latest in design and technology of the newest magical MACKS for the highway ! I attended the 2017 Trucktoberfest event at the museum in October, and was blown away! With being involved at the CNY Living History Center in Homer NY, the home of the Brockway Trucks Historical exhibit, I had great expectations and WAS NOT disappointed!!!! Great displays and descriptions, great people involved with every process, gift shop and restrooms are top notch, as well as the whole facility being neat as a pin. BRAVO!
