We have been going to Drs. Mack and Poole for the past 12 years. They are wonderful doctors and I would definitely recommend this practice.
They are fantastic Dr Crowley see’s both of my children & sometimes Dr Poole. I have a healthy 5 year old and a medically fragile 2year old. My son sees 13 specialist in Cincinnati and this whole office is fantastic with their communication and always getting referrals, home nursing, therapy orders completed for us. Their on-call system is fantastic and they have great bed side manor! Wonderful doctors and staff! And my kiddo loves Dr. Poole so much that at the slightest cough he says "maybe I need to go see the doctor." ❤
We have always had a great experience with the office from start to finish. They have always been accommodating and helpful.
I’m a new mom, but from the moment I interviewed with this practice I felt really good about it. Crowley is our doctor, but you can tell that the practice operate as a strong team. The pediatrician on rotation checked in on us at the hospital and one of the other doctors Dr. Thomas was our first visit. Super impressed so far and feeling really good about it.
