I cannot say enough great things about Mack Heating & Cooling, Inc.!!!! I called at 5pm when I noticed the house was a good bit warmer than normal. I checked the unit outside and the pipes were frozen. She said someone will be there in 30 minutes. WHAT?!?! How awesome is that?! The guy came out, found the problem, called a shop to see if he could get a new fan motor TONIGHT, and they said yes. Mack's service man Salvatore was on time very thorough and nice gentleman. My house is cool again thank you guys for coming out and same day service on short notice. The work was very thorough I'm done pretty quickly period I would recommend Mack's Heating and Cooling
This crew showed up on time. Cleaned up after themselves. Were personable and professional. Happy to do business with them
