Mack Heating & Cooling, Inc. Is a very professional group of people. We had one of our units replaced, and the duct work on the other unit completely replaced. They came on time and had the systems both completed in a reasonable amount of time. All the employees were professional and easy to work with. I will recommend them to my friends and clients. Our air went today and it was 82 in the living room. My husband is on Hospice and is 84. They came right away and in less than an hour we had air. So thankful for them.

Renay and I quoted multiple companies to replace our upstairs heat pump and re-duct the down stairs with larger higher R rated ducts on the first floor. Mack's quote was the most budget friendly and Mack Heating and Cooling did not try to upsell or add items not really required. Two day job completed on time and on budget with excellent work and right equipment for our home.

These guys came out and replaced my old unit and duct work, installed a split unit and all new duct work! Quick and great work! The guys that came out to do the install were very professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
