RecommendedHad a new unit installed Friday and it is wonderful. I have been nice and toasty. Can't wait for warmer weather to see how well it cools.The new unit is also alot quieter. The install crew was speedy and cleaned up their work area. And were professional. Thanks a bunch.
Had a new system installed this past Friday. Install group was amazing. It rained, which it always does when having work done by them. Were they the cheapest? No, but quality of their work made the install the best value. It was sad driving past the shop to see my old unit outside.

The owner tried selling us a used 3 year old unit with no warranty. When we declined the offer, he punched holes in our coils and from that point on our unit would not fold Freon. My wife recorded the conversation where she confronted him, when she heard the noise of the escaping Freon. He did this in the dead cold of winter when she had just had a total knee replacement surgery. He commented to her that it was her word against his. I had the absolute best experience with Mack Heating & Cooling during my HVAC inspection on my new home. There was an issue the seller needed to correct and Mack Heating & Cooling had to come back a couple of times and every time they were prompt, courteous, friendly and very accommodating to my needs. I would strongly refer Mack Heating & Cooling to anyone any HVAC needs!!!!

House was not heating right. Kenny came to the house and found a bad coil. He and his partner were super professional and kept me informed about all of our options for the repair. Great job guys! Be safe and never lose site of us customers!! Thanks again!
