I had bought 4 bikes at this store in the past three years I take my bikes for service. Last time I went to buy a bike bump when I went to pay the lady found that I had a balance of 117 dollars for something that I had bought and paid when I got them she called the manager to take a look at my account and he in a very nasty way started mistreating me telling me that I had to give him 117 dollars that I had already paid I told him that I would go though my credit card statement and come back the next day. Two weeks after purchasing my bike and I couldn't be happier that I did at Mack Cycle and Fitness. Got an amazing bike at a great price but what set Mack Cycle apart from other shops was the service and respect for the customer. ALL the staff is so friendly and welcoming.
