Darwin was great. Apple Store and Mac on Melrose both said 3-5 days or more to replace my MacBook Air battery. He did it in 45 minutes and for less than the two other spots!! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Could not recommend this place more.

Really great! My Imac suddenly wouldn't turn on anymore. He diagnosed the issue and called me back with a price for the replacement of my iMacs logic board. Super affordable and also not pushy at all. Told me I could make my imac a lot faster by upgrading to an external SSD (which I have been planning to) and didn't try to sell me anything. Super honest and solid dude. Quality work! Don't go to the apple store, come here!
