Incredible service, I even received a bit of a discount out of generosity, I'd recommend this store over bigger brand company's like Best Buy because they're on top their game to make sure every individual costumer receives the best service. Definitely plan to shop there for more products in the future
Hey all If your in the market for a cintiq head over to Mac Hollywood. You can try before you by. I drew on the new cintiq for like an hour before I decided to buy it and they didn't pressure me once. And you get to buy it from knowledgeable individuals at an actual store. Makes support and returns much easier because they are actually here:)

Patrick and the crew at Mac Hollywood are great! They are professional, friendly, and always have the equipment I need and keep me informed if there are ever any delays or manufacturing issues. They've saved me a few times when my hard drives have failed, they always come through.
My company uses MacHollywood for all of its computer and drive rentals and repairs. Patrick is so accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
