A big shout out to Brian who worked the Trek 100 sag yesterday!! He saved me from having to ride through flooded streets in Columbia, and then went the extra mile to try to locate a battery for my Di2 shifting that decided to die 30 miles in. Never found a battery but I felt safe knowing he was checking up on me throughout the rest of the ride!!! A great representative of Machinery Row!!! �

I have purchased (2) Felts from MRB. Service was great and most importantly follow up service is untouchable. Will continue purchasing from MRB.
I can't say enough great things about this shop! We were in town training for a few days, and the entire staff was incredible! They were all so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us with training routes, bike and cleat adjustments, and answered any and all questions we had. Despite being a busy shop, we felt like we had all of their time and attention while there. I would HIGHLY recommend you stop by!!

It was my first time in the store. Got tubes, pump and some new shoes. Prices seemed in line with other bike shop I've been too. But the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will stop there again when I'm in the area.
Bought several bikes and accessories in the past.
I went on for a small fender stay attachment piece that needed replacing. Expecting not too much luck in such a specific part I was ready to hear "no, sorry, don't have it" instead Brian tracked the piece down from the vendor and ordered it in. It's those little things that separate a good experience to an excellent one. This place and its people are excellent!!
