RecommendedShout out to the helpful employee on the Glacial Drumlin trail, out to help with a ride. (I forgot to get his name) Iwas just getting on the trail with my 3 children when he approached us and asked if he could help us set up our seats and handle bars at the correct heights. He not only did that but put grease only son's chain too. It made our ride much more comfortable and we learned a lot. Thank you! And we wish everyone well on the rest of their ride!
Great mechanics who have great longevity with the store. Chris is also most helpful when we are seeking advice on purchases. Wife and I are presently 2600 miles into 4000 mile transcontinental tour. Appreciated Chris’s help with selection of Trek 520’s and Derrick’s help with mid-ride maintenance and wheel upgrade.
Their service is fast and friendly! Stopped by my lunch break to have some adjutedments on my bike. They made the adjustments on the spot at no charge! Awesome!

This shop and their sister stores always seem to have parts the corporate and chain stores don’t stock. They do the work fast, have fair prices and a friendly attitude.

Service guys are fantastic. Honest, do quality work at a reasonable price, and get me back my bike quickly. Guys did work this past week on my trail bike and it is singing.

Fantastic shop! We had a blast on some nice hybrids from the shop, as the lovely Whitney led our group of 11 Trek women’s advocates around Madison. The Capitol City Trail had some beautiful, green parts and were glad to have explored it. The shop itself has a great selection of bikes, clothing, shoes, etc. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and professional- highly recommended!
