Well, we didn’t check in. We wanted to check out what they have. Look at bikes, clothing, and gear. Even with masks the showroom was completely closed due to owners personal policy. They would bring out anything we wanted to see. I was going to let them bring out 20 bikes but didn’t want to waste my time

The staffs are such professionals and such a joy to work with. It was so hard to find a bike like this one and they made my 10 yr olds dream of getting a road bike come true! great team of professionals!
I've been going to MRB for years and spent thousands. I will not be returning after I asked for a simple yearly tuneup. I was explicitly told by the rep when I dropped it off that if there are any additional charges/work that needs to be done, they'd call me to discuss it. When I showed up, they decided to take it upon themselves to replace the tire and charge me for it without prior consent. After striking out at multiple local shops to me, I was unable to find the bike I wanted. Called Machinery Row and talked to Seth and he answered all my questions and let me know they had what I was looking for in stock. Made the hour trip and it was worth it. Fast service. Clean shop. Everyone was very safe and abiding by the social distancing rules. Ended up leaving with a bike for my little girl as well. Great experience and well worth the drive!
