They'll sell you parts you don't need and charge you an arm and a leg for service. They'll fuck you over just like a car dealership. Eric's Bike Shop all the way. Good people over there!

Just over two weeks ago, Machinery Row Saved my Ironman race!! My seat post clamp broke just before I needed to check it in to transition. Service installed a new seat post clamp and helped me adjust my seat placement quick and reasonable!! Thanks for helping me have a great race day!!
Just moved to Madison and my bike took a beating on the moving truck. Walked my bike to Machinery Row and rolled my bike up the ramp. Employee opened door for me and took me right to service. My bike is not fancy by any means however; non of the staff judged me for that. They serviced my bike immediately with no charge! I did purchase a water bottle and cage holder and they even installed it for me along with cold water for my water bottle. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend!
