Dr. Pat did 4 different procedures on a total of two teeth. I have a low pain tolerance threshold, and she was at sensitive and responsive as humanly possible and got me through each time. I had a very tricky problem with a very old root canal that had failed. I nicknamed Dr. Pat and her very kind and competent assistant the "tooth root angels." They will take very good care of you and make you more comfortable than you can imagine during this difficult type of care.
Dr. Machalinski is a true leader in the field of dental medicine in and out of her practice.
Very professional..she will schedule at no cost any necessary follow ups, even after 1.5 years...very professional and excellente service.
I had a root canal - Dr Machalinski and her assistant were very patient, explained the procedure clearly, and performed the procedure efficiently and painlessly. I hope I won't ever need another root canal but if I do, I will certainly return.
I would recommend anyone to Dr. Machalinski. She is professional, extremely concerned with minimizing pain, efficient and kind. I don't know what I was expecting from a root canal procedure - nor do I hope to ever have to have one again! But I would go back to Dr. Machalinski without question. She and her staff are just wonderful.
Outstanding endodontist. The best I've been to in 30+ years.
This endodontist certainly knows what she is doing!! She uses digital x rays and put together a write up for my regular dentist on her computer. Unfortunately the front desk staff was pushy and refused to let me take that write up with me. The testing procedure was quite painful but Patricia explained to me that she was doing her best to care for my teeth, and she was kind enough to give me some ibuprophen afterwards.

Dr. Machalinski was extremely kind and thorough - I got my root canal at 8am one day, and at 9pm that night she personally called me from her home, just to check in and make sure I was feeling O.K. It doesn't get better than that! Her front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Dr. Machalinski narrated the procedure the whole way through so I always knew what was happening, and she maintained a very comforting professional demeanor. All together, she's great.
