Under the management of Marzan Hoque, the condition of this apartment building has deteriorated significantly. The management has been unprofessional, and many long-standing issues remain unresolved. Under Marzan Hoque's management, this building has serious issues that make it difficult to feel safe or respected as a tenant. Marzan is consistently unprofessional and aggressive. There have been instances of entering units with little notice and disregarding tenant comfort. If I could mark this as 0.25 star or lower I would. The staff Michael Odise and Marzan Hoque are terribly impolitely and unprofessional. They work as if it is their 1st year in office however they both should have more than enough experience to actually do their job well - I could train two monkeys to do a better job then they would, AND the monkeys wouldn't harass me in the office.
